Did they wrestle more duals back in the day or more tournaments? Without looking up results, I would guess a pile of tournaments. To achieve Cael's win total in 4 years, you need somewhere close to 40 wins a year. That's a lot of wrestling.

With the NCAA competition rules as they currently stand, I doubt it's possible to replicate, even with the extra year. That's just under 32 wins a year over 5 years.
