We're never going to agree on this. My experience as a wrestler and coach for many years tells me the standing with legs in is as close to the definition of a stalemate as anything in wrestling and that's the way it should be called. And I have zero belief the bottom man is actually trying to get out when he does that. Now he is forcing a call to his advantage.
