2018-2019 English Premier League thread

All tied up. Leicester with a beautiful header on a perfect free kick. 3-3 in the 87th minute.

Going into today I felt like this might be the weekend the title race tightens. Palace is really hard to play against. They pack players behind the ball and have a couple guys who can really run when in counter attack. City has easy points against Huddersfield.

Huddersfield Town vs. Manchester City starts in about 20 minutes. By all accounts, this should be an ASS. BEATING. .

One of the NBCSN studio guys said he expected 90 minutes of misery for Huddersfield today.

Huddersfield are holding up well through the first 10 minutes. NIL. - NIL. .

City breaks through in the 18th minute. Danilo hit it for City, but it looks like an own goal (defender's header). 1-0, City.

Very true. Just don't see anyone outside of City that can sustain a challenge.

Yeah it’s either City or Liverpool for the title. It’s a shame United didn’t sack Mourinho early in the season.

Looking at Spurs lineup for the Fulham game should not be an encouraging moment for Spurs fans. A MF with Harry Winks in it is going to get overrun by anyone of quality.

I’ve only watched 10 minutes of Fulham-Tottenham, but Llorente for Tottenham (in for Kane) has been a huge liability. All I’ve seen from him is an own goal and turnovers.

Edit: Llorente just had a nice header saved by the Fulham keeper.

Llorente starting is a huge risk and has already proven bad. Spurs don't have enough bench strength. First time itme since Son has been on the team that Son or Kane haven't played. Spurs have only lost once without Kane, however.

Tottenham ties it on a Dele header in the 52nd minute. 1-1.

Fitting that the Fulham player who missed a ball leading to Tottenham's goal is named Ream.
