Per Tom's request, setting this up. I'll use his standard language, but I cannot do PBP due to being at work.

"I'm hopeful that several of you will help out with this. You don't have to do each period, each move, etc. At a minimum, let folks know what mat a match will take place on, and the final score of the match.

Please use this thread to discuss the Session. If you are replying to another post, please use the Quote function

Time:
3 PM, EST

TV: BTN. If you have BTN plus or Flo you can stream the 3rd and 5th place matches (thanks tomsc)

Audio:
Byers will be doing radio PBP, starting at NOW, which will be streamed for free at:

As for the other general info, it's provided in the original post in the Session 1, Session 2 or Session 3 thread.

With the TV broadcast and 3 matches going at once, is there an avenue to see 3rd/4th or 5th/6th place matches? If I recall correctly from last year, the TV focus is 98% on the Championship match.

I didn't know Lizak was a district 11 kid out of Parkland. More reason to pull for him.

NaTo taking Lizak lightly I guess, down 5-2 in second, giving up a reversal and 2 NF points in first. 1:49 RT in second for Lizak.
NaTo finally gets away. 5-3 but Lizak with 1:59 RT.
Nato gets a TD late to tie it up, 5-5 to end 2nd.
Third period neutral. NaTo effectively down a point though with RT.
NaTo gets an easy TD and [then I got distracted but it's now 8-6 NaTo].
Lizak hit with another stall call, now it's 9-6. But stall could've gone either way, so Minny corner challenging, since NaTo pushed Lizak out at edge. Difference is big b/c Lizak can win with a TD and rideout.
Call reversed, but it doesn't matter, NaTo goes out and easily gets to Lizak's legs, rides out for a 10-7 DEC.

Both Lee and Lizak able to ride NaTo more easily than I ever would have guessed

Going to replay for stall call because Nato was shooting as Lizak was going out.

Lizak should go 133 next year. In both his match with Gilman and Tomasello he got the 1st TD and went to work on top only to get a TD clinic put on him after they got off bottom. They were both better neutral wrestlers than him but I think gas tank from his cut has a little to do with it as well

Micic TD and a :40 ride has him up 2-1 over Pletcher, minute left in first.
Micic in on legs again, goes underneath, pops out, gets 2 more, rides out, 4-1 to end first.

Micic starts second from bottom, stands up and out, 5-1. :48 RT
Micic looking for a two on one but not getting it.
Pletcher nearly had a go-behind but Micic gets away.
Pletcher in on a low single but not enough time.

Pletcher starts from bottom in third, can't get away before Micic gets RT up to 1:13
Micic stall warning for hanging on legs.
Micic with a left leg in, gets hit for stalling on top, which gives Pletcher a point. 5-2.
Pletcher rolls and gets a reversal and quickly cuts, 6-4 Micic, but time running out.
Pletcher in on a leg near the edge but can't convert as time runs out. 7-4 Micic.

Pletcher has 2 bonus point wins out of 20+ wins?

not quite accurate. This season, he:

- pinned Nathan Ellis (MSU)
- majored Jhared Simmons (MD)
- majored Jake Huffine (UT Chattanooga)
- pinned Andrew Coghill (Cleveland St)
