Apart from Martin losing to Bo, that is the ultimate, everything going the Bucknuts way scenario. Ain't gonna happen.
For a lemonhead it's not bad. Of course, he probably had people chasing after him.

My math is similar. Need another 1 or 2 upset losses for the buckeyes. Nevills loss to Stoll hurt. Shak's gotta be kicking himself for the QF loss to Macch. Add in some of the screwy seeding that limited our bonus potential in the earlier rounds with some of the breaks that OSU caught to bolster their bonus. The title will be there for us to win tomorrow night, but it most likely is going to take another effort like last year's finals. Gotta tip your hat to both PSU and OSU no matter the outcome.

No matter how tomorrow shakes out, I’m formally requesting whoever said they didn’t see any fight in this team to run it back IMMEDIATELY. Nick Lee has fought like hell and has a chance to be the hero tomorrow morning. And our studs did what they do, hell, one-legged Nolf is still a top 10 scorer. #PositiveinFUNity

Last year 133,141,197,285 scored 18.5 in the tournament (Gulibon-4.5, Cutch-4, Nevills-10)
This year, the tournament isn't even over an those same weights have scored 26 (Keener-.5, Lee-10.5, Rasheed-7.5, Nevills-7.5).

I've been way to busy last two days watching wrestling, keeping track of our little bracket contest and drinking that haven't followed the board. I felt like we were underdog several times but to think with our horses that we were ever out of it you just don't understand how a big wrestling tournament works. Hope things didn't get to ugly and I'm not reading all the threads. Something I've learned following my sons HS team (8 titles in 11 years) and Caels team is never count us out.

The bottom line - if anyone was thinking the team race was going to be like last year (over by early Saturday) has not been paying attention. O$U has a bomb squad. Good news is PSU does too! I do believe this will come down to Saturday night and the good guys will need to win 3 of 5 matches (one of them being Bo) in the finals to get it done (assuming Lee takes 4th and Shak & Nevills take 7th).
Thanks for doing that work. I posted before the tournament that Penn State that a big plus this year would be more points from 133, 141 and 197. Those points will loom large, I believe. They could ultimately help deliver the championship.
Each consi semi finalist can score up to 8.5 additional points
Each 7/8 wrestler can score up to 3 additional points
Each Finalist can score up to 6 additional points

To tack on there, Shak should be favored, maybe he’s fresh, who knows at this point? And also, Nevills HAS majored Hemida before, hopefully someone overnights his offense to him. I know Saturday AM delivery is expensive... I’m saying Nick Lee over McKenna for third just so everybody that whined over him losing in rd1 has to eat it.

I like that except for NaTo, I said before, don’t sleep on Rivera that he’ll AA and I don’t think NaTo bonuses him on a 1 hour weigh-in
