What about them, did you read the reasoning behind the ones that did? Really there is one main guy that feels that tOSU is it. I did and what they stated is pretty much common sense. Basically he's torn and it's a toss up, but he has the official left at tOSU so they get him free and clear for a whole weekend and Meyer is a good closer. BTW...it's 94% isn PSU's favor in terms of the CB's.
People act as if those CB's are chiseled in stone...at least the ones that don't understand them. 3 weeks ago PSU was well in front for Smith, but Meyer and LJ swayed him back...it happens. If you want to know who the experts are, just ask. Fitz and Wiltfong seem to be the best, but Wiltfong plays the visit percentages. Gleitman for tOSU is also pretty level and informed...most others just follow those guys.
The contenders: Ohio State, Penn State, Virginia Tech
Breakdown: Walker has already taken visits to College Station and Blacksburg and there was even some buzz that he might sign early with the Nittany Lions. That has come and gone and now there seems to be some momentum for Ohio State. Walker will visit the Buckeyes this month, but is the late interest enough to lure him to Columbus. It will be close but right now Penn State appears to be the favorite.
The pick: Penn State
Breakdown: Walker has already taken visits to College Station and Blacksburg and there was even some buzz that he might sign early with the Nittany Lions. That has come and gone and now there seems to be some momentum for Ohio State. Walker will visit the Buckeyes this month, but is the late interest enough to lure him to Columbus. Hope that's correct at a minimum, favoring PSU with any changes.
We will find out tomorrow what Jason Oweh decides. Iirc, he apparently told the school he chose of his decision. It looks like the word got out from a school he didn't pick.
Since PSU's Fiesta Bowl victory on the 30th, there are 7 new CBs for Oweh to PSU. That includes Bill Kurelic, Ohio State Insider Bucknuts.

Please also remember that disparities in the size and strength of competition can make a difference in highlight videos.
Oweh is/will be something very special. I believe he turns out to be the best DE at PSU since Tamba Hali. And he may potentially better than Hali if he can gain weight. This kid gets around 260-270 lbs lookout...
The same can be said for Gross Matos, he is going to be a difference maker next year.
Micah Parsons is a great fit for MLB. He has a very high football IQ. big/fast/strong/durable/aggressive.
He will be backed up by Ellis Brooks and flanked by Cam Brown at the WILL and Koa Farmer at the SAM,
Finally, we will have enough bodies to flesh out our LBer contingent to 4-deep+ we will have 1 SR, 2 JR, 4 SO, and 3 FR. Below is my way too early WAG at our linebacker lineup at Blue/White game. I'm sure that by the Spring that the ones who need it will add a few pounds

Penn State- "That’s one of the schools that I’ve been talking to all along ever since my recruitment started," Walker said. "We’ve been really talking consistently. When I went on my official visit I had a good time and my parents had a good time. They’re making it tough for me to make my decision. I took my official visit there earlier in December."
On his best coaching relationship- "The offensive line coach that I talk with the most is probably coach Limegrover or coach Bowen," Walker said. "When I found out coach Bowen was going to Penn State I smiled a little bit. I like him."
RIVALS’ REACTION…
Walker doesn’t give much away but reading between the lines it’s hard to say Virginia Tech or Ohio State are in better positions right now that Penn State. The Nittany Lions do need to watch out for Walker’s reaction to his Ohio State official visit. Walker didn’t rule out additional unofficial visits to Penn State or Virginia Tech prior to his commitment on or just before Signing Day in February.
I don't know...I just saw the video and thought he ran like a human bowling ball. Placed it here (I believe he's a 2018 kid) to share a fun video but everyone seems to have taken it the wrong way. The end of his fourth run is quite impressive when he literally chucks that kid off the field with his left arm.
Holmes will be a good one and Fries has looked good for a freshman. Bates still has two more years. I think we are in decent shape at OT, but Walker would be nice. He would probably be the best Oline prospect on our roster if we can get him.
Just from the video, kid has REALLY good balance and a low center of gravity. Be interesting to see how he does against D1 athletes.

Smith has not followed or have a recent following of anyone significant for PSU or OSU. He does have a pinned tweet at OSU. The biggest tell (besides the pinned tweet): James Franklin is NOT following him.
Oweh has a ton of recent PSU followers and is recently following a ton of PSU current and former players as well as coaches. Oweh has retweeted a ton of PSU players basically suggesting he knows where to go today. James Franklin IS indeed following him.
The only wild card is that Micah (i know can't believe him) already knows that one of these two is going to PSU, as he tweeted this last week. So with Smith already giving a verbal to a staff and no word of Oweh doing that is that Smith? Or has Oweh just been kept a better secret?
Tea leaves suggest as all predict, we get Oweh and the bad guys get Tyreke. And the battle for Rasheed Walker will be enormous.
