I was really impressed with Howard. I have not seen him wrestle with bad effort or energy in a single bout this season. Kid is a gamer, and he pulled a Megaludis in round 1. Energy is contagious, and the wins really help with team momentum. Need more of the same in round 2.

Wrestlestat has PSU losing a couple in this round, but it's certainly not outside the realm of possibility that PSU wins them all. Let's go.

I like WrestleStat, but it's weakness is guys with fewer bouts...such as freshmen.

Yeah, I would presume that Wrestlestat has a fairly good track record of making predictions in these bouts in a typical year, but given the shortened season and PSU's freshmen, you can't really take much from their predictions.

I predicted Howard would beat him in another thread. Now I'm hoping I'm wrong that Lamont would beat RH in the second round. He really does always seem high energy. Love that about him..
