The creepy Foxcatcher story is a strange (or at least interesting) choice for ESPN to show during NCAAs.

I completely agree. It was well done, but so dark and so inappropriate to Show when many wrestling newcomers may be tuning in. Show an uplifting wrestling story. There are so many.

you can pause WRSC too.

You can pause the ESPN 3 feed as well to sink up.

smart TV can be paused as well.
