1 Lee
2 Glory
3 Noto
4 Ramos
5 Cronin
6 McKee
7 DeAugustino
8 Cardinale

The only question is how injured is Cardinale. No big surprises at 125

133

1 Fix
2 RBY
3 Arujau
4 Byrd
5 Nagao
6 Orine
7 Colaiocco
8 Latona

Obviously Fix over RBY is surprising. No other major surprises here

141

1 Hart
2 Matthews
3 Belton
4 Woods
5 Alirez
6 Bartlett
7 Hardy
8 Jack

This is where it gets weird. Hart beats Woods in the quarters. Belton beats Filius, Jack and Hardy to get to the semis and loses to Hart. Matthews beats Alirez in the other semi. Bartlett loses to Matthews in the quarters. Beats D’Emilio and Jack to get to consi semis and loses to Belton. Woods loses to Belton in the 3rd place match and Bartlett loses to Alirez in the 5th place match. Hart wins it all.

149

1 Yianni
2 Sasso
3 Mauller
4 Henson
5 Thomas
6 Gomez
7 Parco
8 Murin

Gomez loses to Sasso in the 2nd round and then beats Realbuto, Abas, Paniro Johnson, and Murin before losing to Mauller. Murin beats Burgos and Millner and then loses to Yianni. Beats Moore and loses to Gomez. Van Ness beats Lovett, loses to Henson and then beats March (NDSU), Zapf, and then loses to Yahya Thomas in the round of 12.

157

1 Robb
2 O’Connor
3 Andonian
4 Humphreys
5 Haines
6 Gfeller
7 Siebrecht
8 Cardenas

Haines loses to Andonian in the quarters. Beats Chumbley and Cardenas in the consi’s and then loses to Humphreys in the consi semis. Beats Gfeller for 5th. Siebrecht loses to Robb in the 2nd round and then beats Swensen (SDSU), Saldate, and Ed Scott. Loses to Gfeller and then beats Cardenas for 7th.

165

1 Carr
2 Hamiti
3 O’Toole
4 Amine
5 Griffith
6 Monday
7 Facundo
8 Caliendo

Facundo beats Heller and Ramirez then loses to Monday. Beats Kharchla and then loses to Griffith. Beats Caliendo for 7th. Kennedy loses to Amine in the 2nd round. Beats Nijenhuis and then loses to Hall from West Virginia.

174

1 Starocci
2 Lewis
3 Plott
4 Foca
5 Mocco
6 Labriola
7 Smith
8 O’Reilly

Biggest surprise is Labriola loses to Mocco from Missouri in the quarters. He then beats DeVos and Smith but loses to Plott in the consi semis. Plott beats Foca for 3rd. Brands loses to Ethan Smith in the 2nd round. Beats Augustine from Pitt and Pasiuk from Army before losing to O’Reilly from Minnesota.

184

1 Brooks
2 Keckeisen
3 Hidlay
4 Munoz
5 Bolen
6 Salazar
7 Wittlake
8 Romero

No real surprises here. Assad loses 2nd round to Coleman. Beats Hopkins from Campbell and then loses to Pinto from Nebraska. Brooks does his thing. Top of bracket almost goes chalk.

197

1 Elam
2 Allred
3 Trumble
4 Sloan
5 Smith
6 Beard
7 Cardenas
8 Caffey

Another crazy bracket as far as total outcome. Allred beats Battista, Dean, Bonaccorsi and Beard to reach the finals. Elam beats Davison, Warner, Trumble, and Sloan to reach the finals. After losing to Allred, Dean beats Stout (Princeton), Pentz (NDSU), and then loses to Trumble in the round of 12. After losing to Elam, Warner beats Bockman (Utah Valley) and then loses to Jaxon Smith from Maryland. Speaking of Smith, he loses to Trumble in the 2nd round and then beats Koser (Navy), Warner, Bonaccorsi, and Cardenas before losing to Tanner Sloan in the consi semis. Beats Beard for 5th. (I know some teams that would be interested if Smith hit the transfer portal). 😂😂

285

1 Parris
2 Hendrickson
3 Schultz
4 Kerkvliet
5 Trephan
6 Elam
7 Davison
8 Hillger

Another wild bracket. Cass loses to Schultz in the quarters and then loses his next match in the round of 12 to Elam. Elam loses to Trephan in the 2nd round and then beats Schuyler, Griess (Navy), Cass and Davison. He then loses to Kerk and loses to Trephan in the 5th place match. Kerk loses to Hendrickson in the semis, beats Elam and loses to Schultz to finish 4th.

Holy crap, man, you put in work.

Better you than me, but the effort is very much appreciated!!!

The result is not a good look for Wrestlestat.

You forgot Max at 197? You really don't think Max finishes top 8? That is not gonna happen!

This event is American and not run by computers. It’s not only one but it’s one of them

Interesting to see this simulation.

A few things that caught my eye at first glance:
• RBY will never defeat Fix in his career
• Iowa peaked at B1Gs again
• Andonian beats Haines but can’t get past Robb 🤨
• Both Missouri and Nebraska over Iowa
• Cardinale and Gomez are not actually crippled (they’ve just been faking it)
• Brands Bros gettin’ FIRED Monday, March 20th.

NCAA has a D1 Wrestling Championship mobile app live for iPhone and Android. I hope it provides information and results during the tournament.

I went in and added notes around each weight. Also, wrestlestat doesn’t project much bonus at all. Penn St only gets 12 total bonus for the tourney. Iowa gets 10.

Cardinale is a real wild card and potential bracket buster as a potential AA seeded that low, if he’s healthy. Injury reports on him and Gomez are going to be some of the most critical pieces of information leading up to Thursday.

And will Yahya be cleared to wrestle? That was a bad concussion he suffered.🤬

Yeah, obviously there is a chance he could be out, but we'll know if he's out or in eventually. If he's cleared, he should be 100% (or close). With Gomez and Cardinale, they can wrestle, but it's unknown how effective they can be.
