Nothing early. Just heavy ties. Allred takes first committed shot. Gets the finish. 2-0 Allred. Dean escape. Almost a reversal. Hate how a guy with no control at all accumulates RT only because no clean break. Allred in deep again. Time runs out. Allred is a problem for Dean from neutral.

Dean takes bottom. OOB. RT at 51 secs. Out with RT at 57 secs. 2-2. Allred shoots. Dean counters and gets TD. No - they say he didn’t. No TD there? Wow. No challenge. Allred shoots and gets the TD with a few secs left. Tough one there. 4-2 Allred. RT is 1:02

Allred chooses neutral. Dean in on a single. Deep. Hard Whizzer. Dean close to TD but ref won’t give it. OOB. No challenge. Allred shoots. Gets TD as time runs out. Dean loses 7-2. Damn.

Dean had a couple good opportunities for a TD but Allred fought them off. Credit to him.

Allred with 6 TDs on Max to Max's 0 in 2 matches. Was just a horrible matchup. Wouldn't be shocked if he was easily beating Schultz in the room last year but obviously since you can redshirt him, you do.

Sure. He (Facundo) obviously needs to get better and more varied offense - way too many matches when he didn't get a single TD. And if his MO is to wrestle close, low-scoring matches, he needs to get a lot tougher on top.

No one is saying Facundo can't or won't improve, But you like to see a little more from a highly ranked recruit after two years in the program. Hopefully he'll figure it out.

I think Max had 2 on the edge at the end of the second. Cael absolutely should have challenged. He gets 2 there and it’s a very different match. Instead they go back to center and Allred gets 2 at the buzzer

He’d be a real problem at 184. Just doesn’t have the HP at 197.
