Wow. Changing of the guard, for now though, worlds next year with all ten weights might change things.
Fork out the nil. He will comeThe Intermat message board will explode if we get Blaze - many on there are on full tilt against Penn State.
"Right Now". Probably not on August 11th.I didn’t think that was going to happen. Brooks defense was next level. I’ve never seen anyone shut down DT like that. Yazdani might be the happiest man on the planet right now
I’m in awe of Brooks strength. It really did look like he shut down 2 tremendous scoring chances under complete control. Reminded me of his match with Amine in 22 but only against the best wrestler in the world the past few years.Brooks is obviously awesome but he seemed to be on another planet when it came to strength in that match. Maybe Taylor's lack of activity cost him and he was a little rusty?
DT was in deep twice and anyone else that's two every time.Brooks is obviously awesome but he seemed to be on another planet when it came to strength in that match. Maybe Taylor's lack of activity cost him and he was a little rusty?
Wow! That is optimistic,Our wrestler lost to our wrestler 😂. In the Olympic trials, that's when you realize just how great Penn State now has become. Wait until Paris when the NLWC crowns 4 gold medalists and RBY faces Spencer for Gold in a fifth.
That’s being 10 yrs younger and wrestling all year! Has AB ever been hurt in 5 yrs? Guys is super human.I'm shocked David didn't win 86 kg, but I'm not surprised by tonight after this morning's match. For me it would've been kind of insulting to Aaron to think David would be able to easily ratchet it up and win a pair tonight. Two tremendous competitors and champions; congratulations to both.
Or the saddest. The way Brooks handled Taylor is crazy. Unreal hand fighting, speed and strength. U23 World champ as well.I didn’t think that was going to happen. Brooks defense was next level. I’ve never seen anyone shut down DT like that. Yazdani might be the happiest man on the planet right now
Come to think of it, yeah it probably is 😂. We still need to qualify two weightsWow! That is optimistic,
what I was thinking - if DT wants to continue he needs to consider getting on the mat againBrooks is obviously awesome but he seemed to be on another planet when it came to strength in that match. Maybe Taylor's lack of activity cost him and he was a little rusty?
That was no fluke. DT had nothing for AB today.2024: Undefeated regular season, Big Ten Champion, Big Ten Wrestler of the Year, NCAA Champion, NCAA Most Outstanding Wrestler, Hodge Trophy... but I'm seeing that the Olympic Trials win was "lucky" or some kind of fluke?
I was thinking if David Taylor lost he might leave his shoes on the mat. Anyone else think that? I thought DT said that this would be his last year. What a great ambassador for USA and PSU wrestling.what I was thinking - if DT wants to continue he needs to consider getting on the mat again
I told my wife I found an insomnia cure.I watched the first 4 1/2 minutes of the Coon/Schultz Greco match. I wanted more excitement so I took a flashlight outside and watched the grass grow. Definitely better.
I think he will go world's next year with all ten weightsI was thinking if David Taylor lost he might leave his shoes on the mat. Anyone else think that? I thought DT said that this would be his last year. What a great ambassador for USA and PSU wrestling.
Yea I was thinking he was going to hang it up tonight.I was thinking if David Taylor lost he might leave his shoes on the mat. Anyone else think that? I thought DT said that this would be his last year. What a great ambassador for USA and PSU wrestling.
What a showing, congrats to all our wrestlers on a fantastic showing, we are blessed to watch these guys competeI was thinking if David Taylor lost he might leave his shoes on the mat. Anyone else think that? I thought DT said that this would be his last year. What a great ambassador for USA and PSU wrestling.
I think DT will give it one more runYea I was thinking he was going to hang it up tonight.
