$516 for lower. They are oit of their mind. It was $90 last timeTickets are crazy expensive. Upper bowl are generally close or over $200
That was $144 last time.Just got 5 tickets 1st row upper deck for 250.00 each
Yeah, I had pretty great lower level seats for that price last time. I hope it still sells out, but I think I'll be watching from home. #baitandswitchThat was $144 last time.
You know people will bail!!I guess I'll be looking for two of the reasonable resale variety after a couple of somebody's buddies bail on them.
Bots work quickIt was a bit of a sh!t show trying to get lower level tickets - disappeared quickly. Don’t worry about lower level cost - they’re gone.
I was able to snatch up tix in section 131 and 132- at the end of the arena- row A (first row), for $282 after taxes and fees. Judging by how quickly they were selling and how few there were once I was finally able to get logged in at 10:08, it’s going to be slim pickings at noon. Don’t wait until 12:05 or you’ll be SOL.
Yep - system was slow as we might expect. I had a few go arounds with the circle of death and each time lower bowl tickets disappeared like snowflakes. Don’t ask for 2 tix where 3 are shown as available. The system will spin for a few minutes and tell you to look elsewhere. A semi crappy experience, but, at least 2 tix were secured for $237.50 each (lower sec 129). Very best wishes to the faithful who reach into the candy bowl at noon.It was a bit of a sh!t show trying to get lower level tickets - disappeared quickly. Bots my ass. I am convinced Ticketmaster just claims them and presto, they will soon be available at 1,500 a ticket.Bots work quick
Tickets for Penn State v Iowa at BJC we’re going for $250 on secondary market. Fan gets 10 matches for that price. It shouldn’t be surprising that 4 sessions of the Olympic Team Trials - which come around once every four years and includes the top wrestlers in the US over the past 10-12 years (arguably, the most successful extended run in US freestyle history)- would be at the price points that they are. Judging by how quickly they sell out to the PSU season ticket holders- probably no more than 2500 people- they are probably significantly under-priced.
Well …. let’s see what lower bowl tix appear on the tickoffmaster site appear over the next months. I wouldn’t be surprised to see that you are right. It seems feasible that the wrestling apparatchiks cut a deal with Tickoffmaster to share in the profits ….. all of course in the name of “growing the sport” ……. or as an old buddy of mine in the college bowl game biz used to say: “toCome on, everybody knows Ticketmaster kept half the lower bowl tickets for themselves and in a week anybody who wants a ticket will be able to get one for $1,500 a seat per day. It isn't like Tickmaster isn't the biggest scam going.
It used to be if we had an extra football ticket or two for a big game we had to sell a Penn State pin for 200 bucks with a free ticket attached because we weren't allowed to scalp tickets on PSU property. Now the University simply puts the scalper in charge of ticket sells and distribution.
Yepper. I just took a $3800 kick in the ass today.section 208, row B. is that good?
I'd be surprised if the scalpers make much out of this. Those lower bowl tickets that are 500+, I don;t think they will be sell them at a profit. Of course, that is just MHO, and I have been wrong before.Well …. let’s see what lower bowl tix appear on the tickoffmaster site appear over the next months. I think you're right. At least I hope so. But this is some big time wrestling and wrestling fans are nuts. I think we may see them over $1000 for a while, but then peter out.I'd be surprised if the scalpers make much out of this.
