OK. Still no big deal. Take a gap year. He can still have his cake and eat it too. H scan work with QB savant and hone his skills and fix his weaknesses. That sound like a win-win situation.
As is, it sounds like he may be “forced” in to a rushed decision on what school is the best him. Does he really have. Enough time for due diligence in two weeks? Meanwhile he’s missing a golden opportunity to possible with a national championship.

Again Beau was not forced to decide by the 28th. He had nothing requiring him to announce we he did. He had every option to stay for SMU and additional games. Those are all facts no matter now much you hate the reality that he has 5 days after our season ends to decide. FACT NOT OPINION.
Franklin hates having to recruit and pay his own players to stay and hates the deadline so he's using Beau, who would have played 3-6 snaps at most, as a pawn. It won't work but he's desperate.
Beau simply isn't good enough to contend for a title. Everyone at Penn State knows that which is why they celebrated when Allar returned because they knew they didn't have to use a stopgap in Beau or the portal for a year to play Grunk. Beau did us a favor. Too bad he took the cowardly way out blaming the NCAA. Allen was the better back last year--Singleton's vision was (and still remains) subpar but he's been better than Allen this year when healthy
When they're both healthy (see Oregon) Allen should be getting more carries and Singleton should be in the game in the slot
