Here's a pre All-Star match interview with Levi. Hopefully, this shows up on Youtube later for those without Flo, but if not, here are some highlights.
He's wrestling bigger guys now. He only mentions wrestling Kerk by name & says, "You can't do anything (against him)"
He doesn't know much about his opponent tonight, nor does he have expectations for the match. He's just going to go out & score.
He's looking forward to watching everyone else tonight, especially Van Ness, because he's been out for so long. He said Van Ness still brought energy to the room while he was hurt, but having his energy back in the line-up is something everyone else can feed off.
He said it was a good experience wrestling O'Toole, but he acknowledges freestyle is different than folkstyle.
Levi gained a lot of weight really quick & said the adjustment was pretty natural. He said, "I still have to lose weight to make 174, so it's not like I'm just walking in & easily making weight." But, he wasn't asked & didn't mention how much he has to lose, or how heavy he can get.
Penn State wrestling NCAA champ Levi Haines discusses his NWCA All-Star Classic match with Cade DeVos, his victory over Keegan O'Toole, and his move to 174 lbs.
