why would that be? There is only a couple of reasons I can think of.....Per Rocco "has not been granted eligibility yet by the NCAA and termed the likelihood “fifty-fifty.”

You may be joking,(something about the helmets of UD and scUM being similiar) but Delaware is FCS so there should be instant transfer eligibility, correct.I'm guessing Delaware, trying for instant transfer eligibility, didn't fool the ncaa with the helmets.
NCAA was too busy clearing Michigan State on Thursday, didn't have time to process a legitimate request from a real student/athlete.Robinson has been with the team but he wasn't cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse until the day before the game. Since UD didn't know if he would be cleared they didn't really work him into the gameplan.
The starting RB had for over 100 yards but also had two fumbles that really cost them. Probably see Robinson get worked into the game plan more in coming weeks.
They mistakenly bought the wrong shade of blue.I'm guessing Delaware, trying for instant transfer eligibility, didn't fool the ncaa with the helmets.
