Human rights and dignity have been ignored for centuries, the whining is over efforts to redress that.
Centuries? Try for all of time.
This is the most free society ever in the US today.

Red Man is a gateway chewing tobacco leading the way to usage of more sinister concoctions. Given time... the truly addicted end up "mainlining" Copenhagen more than "just a little pinch between cheek and gum."
Who wants to ignore human rights? And many want to ignore human rights now, so there’s that.
Mostly governors.Who wants to ignore human rights?
the late, great Bobby Murcer:Chewing Tobacco... like Skoal, gets a bad rap IMO.
Occasional use cuts my overeating and alcohol consumptuon.
Obviously there is abuse but among the sins it is one of the least sinister IMO.
I think a lot of the negative press was pushed by cigarette companies.

You ever notice the people who think they are superior are the ones who really aren’t?The long oppression of white people of Western European heritage continues, how very sad. Our rights to belittle people of other races from other places are being trampled, let's whine louder until the rest of humanity wakes up to our inherent superiority.
it is not called whitewash. Whiteout is not offensive to anyone.I predict White Out will not survive. I am pushing for The Nittany Snowstorm.
Ha! We’ll see.it is not called whitewash. Whiteout is not offensive to anyone.
This is a great post, thumbs up doesn't do it justice.I saw Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben, Mrs Butterworth, and the Indian woman from Land O Lakes all filed for unemployment today.
i'm sure someone is offended by it, but someone needs to get some balls in government and institutions and say enough is enough. I'm not going to hold my breath... I'm familiar with the PSU BoT balls or lack there of.Ha! We’ll see.

I was talking about the whiteout name, not Aunt Jemima. I think the government shouldn't cave too angry mobs and remove monuments just like i think administrators and board members cave to an angry mob and change whiteout name. I never said anything about government telling companies how to market their products. I could care less about aunt jemima, i'm a Bisquick man myself if I make pancakes.Someone in government should tell privately owned companies how to market their products? Mkay.
Funny you said that, I ended up chewing Skoal for years. Was able to kick the habit, but it was the hardest thing I ever had to do.

Don’t even try...he looks for a reason to be outraged.
governors who wanted to ignore human rights- like you saidHuh?
You forgot some:governors who wanted to ignore human rights- like you said
yep- because trying to protect people is the same as denying human rights, no doubt about it, I'm convinced nowYou forgot some:
And I could go on and on.
Depends on the reason for doing it. Trying to protect people is fine to a point, doing it for political reasons is not. Governor Beshear shut down protests that protested him due to “protecting people” and those protests were small...he didn’t shut down the much larger protests in Louisville and Lexington just a few weeks later....don’t tell me that’s not political.yep- because trying to protect people is the same as denying human rights, no doubt about it, I'm convinced now
Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer?
Vanilla Wafers name change! New name will be...Neutral Wafers.Political overcorrectness running amuck!
I'll alert the military- this will make their job a lot saferDepends on the reason for doing it. Trying to protect people is fine to a point, .
I’m not sure what the military has to do with the discussion, but you go girl.I'll alert the military- this will make their job a lot safer
I realize you're joking. But even so, no way this will be changed because it's not derogatory to the movement.Next up Cracker Barrel

English Muffins....must be immediately re-branded....new non offensive name....shall be...International MuffinsTurkish Taffy? Spanish Fly?
