Anyone gone to Bernie McCue's FB page? That guy needs his ass kicked

Last edited:
I have been following all of this for a while and decided to check out his FB page. Because he allows for anyone to see what he posts, I noticed he commented on a number of articles about Joe's "10 year cover up". Kind of strange that it went from a 10 year cover up in his post on Feb 22 and now he claims he has known about a cover up since the 70's? CNN is trash.

Don't forget the part where loony tunes says he respected Joe until 2011 when this all hit, even though he apparently knew since the 70's

I downloaded the paper. Looks like "school officials" (whatever that means) weren't added until 1975. Bernie gets off on a technicality. Bummer. Still as a responsible adult and as a teacher, someone children look up to as an authority figure and as a role model, he should have done more.

Is there still a pic of an Amish farmer riding a horse pulled plow?

Not Bernie, just the PiTiot Shuttlesworth.

Yep, Judass Shuttlesworthless with Jacobs listed as "friend".

Real Bernie, too drunk to use a computer.

You guys have been had. The FaceBook page isn't McCue, it's the Pitt idiot mbe/Shuttlesworth/Marty Matynushka.

You need to contact the Shaler school district and tell them he plays with himself all day long carping on PSU instead of doing his job.

Well, he did nothing, except cash in when PSU was handing out money to anyone

I'll concede that the 1971 incident is possible. But if all the protagonist can rest his case on is Bernie McCue then he's SOFL.
Far enough.

It would seem that the Yahoo article, which was nothing more than cut paste of CNN and NBC's information, purposefully left out who corroborated it for dramatic effect.

The only real thing that can be gained, as far as the truth, is to unseal what was collected by the Insurance company. That would quickly put all speculation to rest.

The deposition in the court case recounts a different incident, one that took place in 1976, than the one on which Ganim reported. Nonetheless, I doubt that there is anything definitive or not subject to challenge in any of those depositions. I'd surmise that Freeh and /or Commonwealth investigators knew of the cases and that they led nowhere.

(phone rings)
PSU Operator: "Thank you for calling Penn State. How may I direct your call?"
BMcC: "I'm calling to report a sexual assault."
PSU Operator: "Can you hold please?" (puts caller on hold & dials Joe Paterno's extention) "Coach?"
JP: "Yes, what is it?"
PSU Operator: "There's someone on the phone wanting to report a sexual assault."
JP: "Good God, woman, put him through, and tell Jim to get his ass down to my office! Oh, and tell no one of this!"

Yup. Completely plausible.
This literally makes zero sense or addresses anything in my post.

(Assuming it's true) If it happened in 71, and Bernie was told in 72, Victim A had already gone that route because of his foster parents relationship with PSU football.

The idea of a kid opening up to his teacher about something he had been carrying around with him, and begging the teacher not to tell a soul because it would only make things worse, doesn't make sense?

The assistant coaches from the late 80's is what I in mind.

Bingo, It would be nice to find out the truth, one way or the other. As it stands now, we have a dead man who cannot defend himself, and seemingly mentally disturbed people who are quoted by so called journalists.

Question... Hasn't this nut job been bothering the Paternoes for years? I seem to recall jay or Scott saying that. When I say years I mean pre 2011. In fact they may have mentioned it when he came out and said he respected joe until 2011.

Right up until the point where they decide to report it to Joe Paterno, who, despite having lived a well-documented life of duty and ethics, then decides to risk everything by threatening the caller in a bid to cover up for a completely unknown LB coach.

But aside from that? Makes total sense.

How dare you question a "victim"! Just write him a check.

So this 15-year-old kid tells his "best friend" Bernie McCue (a 35 tear old teacher) that he was brutally raped by Jerry Sandusky, and out of respect for the kid's wishes, Bernie turns a blind eye as Jerry launches a victim factory and silently works alongside the child rapist for the next few decades and says nothing as Jerry preys on scores of at-risk children. You're asking us if that makes sense? Did anyone even claim that the kid requested Bernie's confidentiality?

So you've repeated this possible scenario across several threads. So a couple of questions for you. If you were McCue and you were finally spilling the beans 40 years later, don't you think you'd say something along the lines, "this has been killing me having to hold this in for 40 years. But victim A begged me not to tell anyone. I couldn't violate his trust after he'd already been through so much." Also, have you not seen the screen capture of a post of McCue's on some form of social media where he talks about respecting Paterno until 2011 when the scandal hit? So he respected a man that he knew was privy to his friend being raped and didn't do anything about it? C'mon, that is so beyond preposterous as to not even be worth playing devil's advocate to support.

Exactly.

Can you send that to CNN?
Although to tell you the truth I don't think they care, since they already know the timelines and dates didn't work so they just changed them. Something about journalistic integrity. LOL.

But the accuser himself admitted he wasn't forthcoming with everything.

Most of what follows is pure speculation. I want that understood by all (lurkers especially).

What if the accuser was nervous and seemed unsure? He did claim Sandusky gave him beer and pot. I've never once heard that was something he indulged in personally. VA said he didn't tell them about the actual rape.

The truth is back then very few people were equipped to recognize or deal with SA victims. What may have started out as genuine concern, and delicately trying to get the truth, may have become a more forceful line of questioning when they felt he wasn't telling them everything (which he admittedly didn't). That doesn't make Paterno a malicious vilian.

I absolutely understand that there's no way anyone was willing to cover for Sandusky knowing he's a pedophile at (that point). Realistically, if there were a cover-up in the name of football, it would have to be sometime after 86.

The scenario you describe does not seem unlikely until we get to the part of the story where Joe Paterno is at the disposal of the alleged victim. But I will concede that this is not impossible, just infinitely implausible.

However then there's this:
"They were asking me my motive, why I would say this about someone who has done so many good things."

Being that this alleged call predates the formation of the Second Mile by six years and Sandusky's national championship defenses by eleven & fifteen years respectively, I'm very confused about what the "so many good things" would have been in 1971.

Any ideas?

Once again, the McCue Facebook page is a fake, with the Amish guy on a horse drawn field plow. It's the asshole mbe34/Judas Shitellsworthless/Marty Matynuska the Pitt asshat.

If it is indeed someone else, what kind of pathetic life do you live to do something like that? That's even more pathetic than Drunky McCue himself. Wouldn't surprise me to find out it was a Pitt fan, the majority of the most disgusting comments about this whole mess comes from that "fanbase".
