Asteroid strikes don't count : who do you root for and why, MI-OSU?

Yeah, that’s fair. This team is flawed and some of the flaws have been exploited.
Perhaps this is how I should I phrased it in my post. While the team was not hot before the OSU game, it seemed like they dropped a few gears in the fourth quarter of that game and never picked them back up leading to much closer results later on than perhaps we might have expected before.

Certainly I would have expected a blowout against Rutgers and the Wisconsin game could have potentially turned into one as well. (That's a team the year really went sideways on)

In the end, if the team takes care of business, we are likely all going to just have to be "disappointed" with a third consecutive ten+ win season when it could have been as few as eight or as many as twelve with a few different plays here and there.

It hurts like the devil to say, but one of them needs to make the playoffs or PSU slides farther down the bowl game ladder. Sime of the teams ahead of us will still lose, but NY6 chances took a hit after performance against Rutgers dropped us down the list of 3-loss teams.
I tend to look at this season as our favorite team not being worthy of a NY6 game. We simply did not improved enough from September to November and would be better suited for an Outback or Citrus level game.

Wanna' bet?

Fine, JBB played like 5 plays. Steuber replaced him and had the best grade on the line. That’s 10 guys back. Maybe Coach Rhule will cook up a nice game plan for this game next year
