Not anymore. Appears as though there's amnesty with the new changes. If you feel the urge to post on the Liar board, I suggest taking your best shot. That's probably all you'll get.

I can't fathom why anybody would go there.

It can often be used as a form of therapy. When one feels down, venture on over there and you will quickly realize that you don't have it all that bad.

"smack talk" is part of being a fan. Unfortunately it sometimes spirals out of control but those people are so insecure it can also be used as entertainment in addition to therapy.

Clearly, those are some logical reasons. ;)

I can have a more intelligent conversation with my living room wall.

Think about it. It is Pitt. Look at their stadium on game day. All fan bases have "those fans" .
With the volume of fans they have, "those fans" have become concentrated. They are all on the lair, and the good ones, and yes there are some, are shouted down....

Smack talk is one thing, but the crap spewed on the Lair is a whole different ball game. I wish rivals made you link with your real name via Facebook to post, so that people can be held accountable for what they say.

Honest question but what does a person have to do to get banned? I am sure it varies from place to place but I hear people saying all the time about how this place has a quick trigger finger yet I see people here for weeks that are saying some really bad stuff. Same on the Rutgers board. People go there to rip on them but don't get banned.

I am guessing you have to get pretty extreme to officially get banned.

FSU and Nebraska have legendary quick trigger fingers...

If you even know anyone who went to Penn State, you get banned from there.

But really, have any of you ever seen, or spoken to Peak? No surprise that he acts as he does.

Hey, you look like Otto from Sons of Anarchy. Maybe you should bite your tongue. LOL!

According to the premium board "everyone deserves a second chance...." and they made a business decision to switch forums and release the bannished. Obviously they are smarter than I.
