Football 2025 Transfer Portal Thread

I’m not sure why not, solid LB near LBU
I think he's a great LB too and we need LBs so I 100% understand your disappointment
The coaches weren't interested though or he wasn't...either way it didn't work out. It happens
Portal is interesting because most of the guys that enter it know where they're going before they call
Mizzou was probably a done deal day 1

No complaints--probably the only thing most remember from him is "the catch" against LSU
Hopefully he becomes more consistent here

I don't even think you have to pay for 2 years of school. After all, there is no actual tuition charged at a service academy.
It’s called the two and screw program. You can check out after two years with no commitment. It’s been like that my whole life. I remember the local adults talking about it at the Maryland shore when I was a kid.

I think there is some kind of monetary penalty but only for juniors and seniors. The service academy is paying for that persons tuition so if they do not satisfy their commitment then they essentially need to pay a fine. There's no penalty if you transfer out before the end of your sophomore year.

Good clarification!

Got our wr #2. Hearing we may be all but a lock to get him.

If you believe in the back channel talking, he probably is. Kid had very few offers out of HS, Hagans took a liking to him off a junior day and brought him to UVA.

Some chatter on ND boards about them being hard after him. Even Tom Loy with his usual "I like where we stand."

End of the day, we have Allar and Hagans. If he chooses them over us, I wouldn't understand why he wouldn't turn pro (as many thought he would). At least that's the sentiment I'm seeing out there.
