Amazing news for the team. Went from a very real chance of 157 NQ to a potential AA and likely point scorer. Even bigger for me is for Berge himself. He has got to be on cloud nine to be able to come back and finish things healthy and on his terms. Feel great for him.

But gotta confess that the dad side of me is really nervous for Brady's health. Not so much the knee, but the dangers with post-concussion syndrome. As much as I hated to see him go, I was relieved that we wouldn't have to see him suffer the kind of injury that could threaten his quality of life. Here's to hoping (and praying!) that Brady is able to fulfill his dreams safely.

There is a certain 165 coaching on the west coast that would be a great fit! He would enjoy the Iowa match no doubt.

Crazy rivalry aside, how can you not be ecstatic for Brady? His career ended a bit tragically. Just seeing him in blue and white again, finishing his career on his terms is my reward. Any points he gets is secondary. Plus, I guarantee his points will not be the difference, we had this thing pre-Berge. His presence is it's own reward.
SDSU and Hahn... Wow. That's a whole lot of selfless support. From everyone I've ever heard speak of BB, he's the kind of young man that earns that type of support.

Great point. We're assuming 157 but 165 might be a better weight for him. Wasn't it the U23s where he was at 74kg and looked the best he ever had?
Hey @CSauertiegPSU ... read your article, saw you mentioned it was an ACL with Brady last March. Is that confirmed? To be honest, it looked even worse when it happened live.
Maybe someone will ask Berge in an interview. Otherwise - who do you think made the first call Brady or Cael? Thoughts? I am leaning Brady.
