Browns.

Mayfield’s the best quarterback in the draft by a country mile. The Browns could do a lot worse - and somebody certainly will (see: the team that takes Josh Allen).

Lol. Mayfield. Are they serious?????
He's proven he can play well in Ohio?

He's better than Allen but I wouldn't take a guy with the kind of maturity questions that Mayfield has, not if Rosen and SD are still available. I can't but think of him as the second coming of Ryan Leaf.

I'm at the point where I believe that regardless of who the Browns pick, he'll be lousy, even if he would have done well elsewhere.

The Browns passed on Wentz a couple years ago and now people say "The Browns are so dumb they passed on Wentz." But if the Browns had drafted Wentz I get the feeling that Wentz would have two lousy years in with the Browns at this point and people would be saying "Wentz is a bust, yet another bad QB pick by the Browns."

Other than planting the flag in the O (which I really enjoyed) and grabbing his crotch, what has he done wrong? Has he had off the field issues?

He's not the best. He doesn't have the highest ceiling nor does he have the lowest floor nor is he the most ready. He should be the 5th QB taken. Jackson even has a higher ceiling. I'll feel awful for Barkley if he gets stuck with Mayfield

Yes, it's Baker Mayfield in the video. D&D = drunk and disorderly.

Okay, thanks. Guess I need to brush up on my acronyms and abbreviations.

But drunk and disorderly? If that's his worst offense, I'm fine with that. At least he isn't riding his motorcycle without a helmet or taking girls into the VIP restroom for a quickie. Ben grew up (I think) and Baker probably will too.

Who says Baker will? The Steelers got lucky that Ben did. And Ben wasn't the first overall pick--he was the third QB in that class. Baker on the field antics rule him out as the face of an organization IMO. This only ends one way for Cleveland if they're dumb enough to pull the trigger...badly. Unfortunately it may impact Saquon negatively as well. At least he'd have Tyrod for a year or so. I don't understand the logic, at all, of investing that kind of money in Baker. The Browns should go Chubb and Barkley...trade back up for Rudolph or Jackson...or just be smart and take Lauletta to start day 2

Barkley is a transformational
pick for whoever picks him. If Cleveland whiffs on Barkley they deserve insignificance for another four years.

Not to be crass, but what’s wrong with two consenting adults having a quickie in a private space? Not advocating it but... depending on the space, I may think more highly of it than what he did on the Kansas sideline...

Completely different from Manziel as a QB and person

How so? Manziel faster on the run?

He’s more of a pocket QB than Manziel who makes plays with his arm as opposed to his feet. He can run but not a crazy scrambler than Manziel was. He played in a much more structured system and can make better throws.

Now I’m not saying that Mayfield is a saint but he’s not the D-bag that Manziel was. Mayfield wasn’t a problem with the coaches like Manziel was. We know of his on field antics which at the Kansas game was somewhat brought on by Kansas at the handshake. Not an excuse, but he is a competitor and he lost his poise.

By all accounts of scouts and such he is much better person during the draft process than Manziel was.

I'm too lazy to look for this, but the other day I read of a NFL GM who described Mayfield as being a "six-foot tall dick."
he may have been talking about Andy Dick....or Dick Trickle
