Like poetry in motion. Cael made everything seem so easy.
Watching the cheesy instructional video then watching APM, CS has been doing it that way for a long time. I found myself "coaching the other guy........"look out for the, oh he got your ankle anyway", coupled with the obligatory Mark Perry head drop.

Eh .... all these technique induction videos are completely meaningless since Cael just signs up a handful of Top 10 P4P kids each year.

I saw so much Cael in DT and just as much in Nolf. Fearless attacks with a kill you softly style. Nolf cracks me up because he looks like such a nice kid and then is a punisher on the mat. Nolf wrestles meaner than Cael ever did. My wife used to always feel sorry for the guys that had to wrestle Cael in the home duals. There was nothing they could do- if somebody was lucky enough to score Cael would reel off about 10 points in the next 30 seconds. It was something to watch. He would cap it off with that aw shucks good natured smile.
The only recorded match with Paul Jenn - the guy who beat Cael in his redshirt year - is funny because he annihilates Jenn until Jenn is stalled out (much to Dan Gable's chagrin as he's commentating) and then Cael gives him a slap on the ass. The only thing more embarrassing would have been a pat on the head
