Cassar, Cenzo and Shakur

Hopefully this Instagram shows up correctly. Anthony Cassar is looking healthy, and my goodness does Shakur look huge. Hard to believe he was wrestling 65 this year when you see him next to Cenzo now. One could also surmise that none of these three are transferring to Rutgers... Hold those cruise liners in.

Photos can deceive but if Rasheed is anywhere near 165, Cenzo is our 133. Rasheed looks even bigger than Cassar. I figured Rasheed would be hitting the weights to bump up to the 184-197 zone, but he looks to be way ahead of schedule.

I'm more ripped than these guys, but pretty similar in my case

But on a more serious note, it was quite clear that Cael has very high hopes for Shakur as he consistently spoke about his potential for bonus last season. Cael clearly likes his style on the mat. I'm really looking forward to him having energy to go a full 7.

It was a pic from the night before B10s in Iowa City started. 5 PSU wrestlers and someone's middle aged mom in the hot tub. Pic was taken and tweeted by her (IIRC college-aged) daughter. Her mom wasn't near the wrestlers -- had that goofy look on her face like she just hit the lottery. It was pretty funny. Wish I could find it.
