Should have done it the day after the Olympics was bumped, but being an elective procedure maybe this was his first shot. I hope they can secure that joint well, I am concerned about the biggest and most athletic of guys at the world level both in the trials and the games. That is a lot of stress on that joint when you get caught underneath. Not good for a guy who lives by the blast double. To have even a thought of hesitation in the back of his head is not helpful either. Nonetheless,I can't wait to cheer him on again.

Probably does. I'm retiring next month, at least I am planning on it. Like most plans it is a bit up in the air right now.
