Good list. Georgia may be ahead of PSU because SEC, but it won’t impact us materially. Also interested to see where Baylor lands. They had a weak schedule, but both losses were to a playoff team by a razor thin margin.

I think Utah drops like Minnesota did last week. They’ve played two ranked teams and lost them both. Baylor may take a tumble as well, although they may say they lost two close games, both to a playoff team. Georgia will stay around five, ahead of Florida, and go to the Sugar.

I don't think the CFP committee will drop Georgia or Wisconsin far. Georgia has some of the most impressive wins of the non-CFP top 10. PSU has an ever so slightly better resume than Wisconsin, so I could see the CFP ranking us next to each other and letting the Rose decide. With this ranking, the CFP doesn't really have to punish Wisconsin for losing but still ranks PSU a spot higher. It also looks like the correct rankings based on impressiveness of wins balanced with the losses.
