Citrus Bowl stadium no longer a dump

I’ve seen some mention that the Citrus Bowl stadium is a dump based on the 2010 game vs LSU. They just did a major reconstruction on the stadium in 2014 in which the whole lower bowl was rebuilt. I’ve been there since it was done and it’s pretty nice. Here is a time lapse video of the reconstruction:
