Fully expecting the weekend activity level to include Obendorfer, Hoopes, etc.

Thanks, Cael.

Bo Pipher at 149 might be the biggest PSU news of the weekend. He made a final at the Southern Scuffle against Nolf at 157 ...…competed hard for PSU at 165….he could be a force at 149. Hard not to root for him. I will be watching...:)

Awesome can't wait to see how they do

Beard going kinda confirms Conel probably starting, at least in the beginning?

Makes sense to give Conel a month or two monitor both the room, duals and opens... If by January Conel has a few loses and the race with Iowa looks really tight, and Beard is tearing it up, I think they pull it. Otherwise It should be Conel's year and with the awesome partners we have up high he might make a big jump and a run for the top of the podium.

125: Brandon Meredith, Baylor Shunk
149: Terrell Barraclough
157: Paul Felte
165: Joe Lee
174: Carter Starocci
184: Donovon Ball

285: Keagan Carmenatty

Shunk v. Heil (Clev)
TD Heil and rode him out for over 2 mins in 1st
2-0 after 1
Escape and TD for Heil in 2nd
5-0 after 2
Shunk with a Winn-Dixie for a TD, but gives up a reversal and doesn’t score back points...gets a reversal of his own, has a few shot attempts and drops the match 8-4...looked good in the 3rd.

Meredith v. Jackson (Clarion) up now...

gitvthere late but saw a single leg finished on the edge near the end of the first for Meredith
Its 6-3 after 1 with over 2 min RT
More singles and tough riding on top to make it 14-6 after 2
Meredith picks bottom, reverses, rides for a bit and gives up an escape only to take him down immediately after
Meredith wins 20-7 with over 4 mins riding time

Barraclough v. Garcia (Edinboro)
Quick TD for Bar and :30 ride then escape
Bar works a front headlock, but nothing there
Gets to another front headlock and snags an ankle for the go behind - it’s 4-1
Bar rides him out and 1st ends 4-1 with 1:28 RT

Garcia chooses bottom in the 2nd
Bar tough on top and breaks him down with a claw ride - leg in now with 1:00 gone
Bar with an attempted tilt, but no points
Stalling on Garcia
4-1 still after 2 with 3:29 RT

Bar takes bottom and is up and out in :20
Garcia in on a bad shot and Bar gets the go behind for the TD - it’s 7-1 now
He releases and gets another TD
Releases again and gets another go behind
And again with a release, but a double for the TD now
Ends 14-4, with a major decision for Barraclough
