It was initially just body type. But today, watching some of the upperbody stuff, I think it was a slide-by/shrug, even a little moreso. I'll watch for the Cassar-esque stuff. He'll be the first Facundo, and I suspect we'll be happy with that, but it's fun to compare.
Maybe he'll go up to 157 to get Ho.
Not liking the look of the huge brace on Van Ness leg
If he wasn’t ready there’d be no reason to send him out there. Maybe just preventative or comfort level thing?

That was a very physical 10-2 whooping. Ref was generous in never throwing a stall in there.
Correct on both. Boyd did get majored by Gfeller at B12s. He's a guy who generally doesn't get into higher-scoring matches. (Boyd only scored 10 pts once last year, and Gfeller was the only opponent to score 10 on him.)
A workman-like major is a very good first career match result for Van Ness.
Can assure you he wouldn’t be out there if he wasn’t 100 percent, but the brace is a tad unnerving long-term.
