yeah there were some times that he gave the ball off and if he'd have kept it there was room to runWe didn’t need him to run in this one. I think we were saving him - he was huge stitching drives together with his feet earlier.
Good points. I think he deserves a ton of credit for how well he threw and performed in the rain. He did better than any other qb I watched playing in similar weather conditions, like Patterson or ND's qb or Lewerke.
Agree...progressing very nicely!Last night. Thought he did a fantastic job of staying in the pocket AS WELL AS going through his progressions. He didn't seem to stare down Hamler and passed to many of his other receivers. Thought he really matured last night.
MSU has a really good D-line and the offensive line handle them pretty well that is a good sign going forward.
