Congrats James Franklin !!!!!

Class attendance! That's the real question in the south. I know too many people from Clemson, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina...etc that tell so moany stories of being with football players when a couple people show up and everyone's gotta leave. Ya think someone's feeding them class work info? It's not all just about recruiting and financial integrity. These guys down here don't HAVE to learn or think to get through!!!
Pisses me off every time these conversations come up!

You're good people. Sorry I high jacked the thread by asking you a question. Best of luck to you guys the rest of the year. Saturday was impressive and the wife and I celebrated accordingly. :).

There's no prob hijacking any thread (hell, just about every thread here gets hijacked multiple times ;)). Don't let any of the snark get to you.

It don't get to me. This house is a house divided only one weekend a year. Having said that it was really peaceful around here the couple years we didn't play each other. Ha. Cheers to you guys the rest of the way this year.

I ask you cause I get along with you and you will shoot me straight. :). Just out of Curiosity, which recruits do you think Michigan paid to get them there.
Rashan Gary is the most obvious. I know that O'Brien thought he could flip Jabrill until Peppers told him how much his signing bonus was. Less than the $12,000 Woodson later admitted to getting and the $25K Gene Jelks got to attend Bama, but still significant.

Coach Saban won't be there much longer and Bama will come back to earth eventually. It's a helluva run they're on now, but they know as well as anyone what mediocre football looks like (see Mike Shula). Appreciate the thoughts Crimson, but State has a way we do things that I doubt very much we'll stray from.
Saban is committed through 2022 and once again has the #1 recruiting class for this year. Better get him in 2017 because next year's team will be very young, Loaded in the secondary though.

Point is he's 64 years old....age catches up with everyone. Again, FANTASTIC run you're on....enjoy the ride while it lasts because all rides come to an end.
