I posted, somewhere, that according to Mineo (take it for what it is worth), there is a hold up due to NIL and the money he earned wrestling internationally. Supposedly he has to pay that back before he can come to PSU and sign a NIL deal.

That’s not just a PSU problem, that’s a problem before he’s eligible anywhere.
