I think it’s called “disconcerting signal.”

If I understand correctly it’s when a defensive player does something to mimic a part of the offensive cadence. It happens from time to time.

Yeah right! I don’t know if the kid was saying anything but he was backing away from the line of scrimmage. And what would you have to gain by adding 5 yards to a 3 yard extra point kick? As Mark Levy so eloquently put it, “you over officious jerk!”

If you don't know if the kid was saying anything why are you complaining about the call?
