FC. Chris Bleich leaving Gators

Missed the South Carolina game to due blisters and got pulled after three series vs. Georgia Saturday. So he quit. Wow!

I would say take him but entering transfer portal as redshirt freshmen when you were just pulled. Where is the fire to get back into the starting rotation or next year when other guys graduate. This is why the portal is a bunch of bull.

Not sure where this kid's head is. Went from PSU to UCLA and then to UF. He may have looked at Pitt, Rutgers and WVU also.

Hate to say this about a kid his age ... but man, he’s gotta be a total flake
Glad you pointed that out. I hate to say it too. He is a young kid and we really don't know what's going on (or what's gone on) in his life that may have contributed to all this "Chris on tour" drama. Didn't stop me from having some fun with it too. But I completely agree and I'm glad you said that.

I hope the kid lands in a good place and reaches his potential, whatever that means. And if I'm a program that might dedicate resources to getting him on a team, I'd be sure to figure out the story. Thumbs up @PSUcup1

why should we all wish the kid lands on his feet? thats probably part of the problem...he has been millennialed his whole damn life. Why as a country can't we just say no.....no to being a flake, no to leaving somewhere the first sign of struggle.....this generation is soft and I for one am not going to wish ill will on the kid, but I also am not going to give a rats a$$ where he ends up or if it is a good situation.

As for me, when he changed his commitment twice I respected his decision even more the 2nd time than the 1st. Now that he is in the portal, my respect for his decision is off the charts........;)

Respect my (in)decision!!!!

Looks like Bleich has now said his transfer is related to family issues at home. Hopefully he get things worked out. I assume he will be pushing to play next year and Temple, Rutgres, Pitt , and probably MD would fall into the NCAA's geographic boundaries if he is granted the ability to play in 2020. Obviously not including PSU in that group.

Just coinkiedinkie that the family issues arose mid-season after he started making the acquaintance of Mr. Pine.
