He is obviously a team player who does not want to leave his team high and dry if the starter gets hurt. At the same time he is looking out for his own interests by looking for a chance to start by entering the portal. It’s a different day and age, can’t blame kids for looking for a better opportunity. Why would a player who’s leaving stick around? Beyond strange.
Is he gonna play while in the transfer portal? Ha!He is obviously a team player who does not want to leave his team high and dry if the starter gets hurt. Indonesia or Thailand. Those scooters are insane. To make matters worse a lot of intersections don't have traffic lights. It's just a free for all.
Why not? You're not making any senseIs he gonna play while in the transfer portal? Ha!
Plus, apparently, it is "God's Plan."He is obviously a team player who does not want to leave his team high and dry if the starter gets hurt. I agree but I long for the days when committing to a school meant something. Like signing a contract. If Beau found out Allar wasn't going to the NFL next year and he entered the portal you wouldn't want him for the playoff? I don't believe that for a second.
People complain about guys leaving their teams and fulfilling the obligation to complete the season. Now someone is doing that and you're still complaining.
If he wants to be here we take him in a heartbeat and hopefully he stays focused for a year to solidify his NFL stockDo we take him?
Because he loves his current team mates and wants to help them win this season but also wants to start somewhere next season and if he has to leave to do that he reluctantly will. Pribula could be in a similar situation. Pribula seems like a great young man and has made some nice contributions to the program, but I hope he follows his heart to maximize his athletic career because it ends quickly for most college athletes. But for PSU, I'm still hoping Allar stays for 2025 regardless of what that causes Pribula to do. If PSU keeps Kotelnicki the offense should be pretty good going forward even if it's with the inexperienced Grunk leading it in 2025.Why would a player who’s leaving stick around? Beyond strange.
He’s on Ohio State…Because he loves PSU and wants to help PSU win this season. But also wants to start next season and if he has to leave to do that he reluctantly will. I grew up in Levittown and attended Bristol Township schools like David Blay.

"Rashad Rich and Deion Barnes just traded follows with him. Blay led LA Tech’s defensive front with 46 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks and two quarterback hurries, led the team in sacks and TFLs and finished third in CUSA in sacks and tied for third in TFLs. And he is a defensive tackle at 6-4/302.
Blay is from Levittown, PA and played at West Chester University hist first two years in college. Has one year of eligibility remaining, already offered by Illinois, Arkansas, Wisconsin, MSU, MSUs, Houston, while also a lot of follows from Michigan and Oklahoma coaches."
Many of them will also be graduating and/or turning pro.Right and, as Dylan said, we need to lose 60--so at least 30 of those will be transfers to go along with graduation and early entry into the NFL draft. Most schools probably want 20-50 players to transfer--it's just do the right kids transfer or do you lose guys that matter.
Devin Brown isn’t the back up QB at OSU.If Beau found out Allar wasn't going to the NFL next year and he entered the portal you wouldn't want him for the playoff? I don't believe that for a second.

Leaving for the draft and using up your eligibility isn’t remotely the same as entering the transfer portal. Why? So, all those players leaving for the draft and graduation should jump ship?
I have no idea how it's "strange" to finish out the season
Again, if Beau did this I'm confident you'd be praising him for staying with the team
Devin Brown isn’t the back up QB at OSU.
Yes he isDevin Brown isn’t the back up QB at OSU.

He was very good for Tulane
He was very good for Tulane
Interesting he didn't wait for "bigger" offers
Wonder if they ran Murphy off now
There we go
So he is leaving State College the day before our home playoff game.
We can’t give him tickets to the game I know.So he is leaving State College the day before our home playoff game.
Are we permitted to host him before - but not for - our playoff game?
We can’t give him tickets to the game I know.
Then I wonder why he went in for Howard during the Michigan game when Howard was injured?Devin Brown isn’t the back up QB at OSU.
2024 stats: 62 receptios, 1,172 yds, 8 TDs, 18.9 YPC. Impressive #s.
Agree.
Richies best friend is Lando.Richie's link says PSU needs 0-1 WRs from the portal.
Hard pass. 3-9 dog of a team in a conference that plays no defense.
He followed Terry Smith and Franklin yesterday. Stribling is a big X-WR at 6-2/200 and he seems to be a legit deep threat.
Fleming?Hard pass. 3-9 dog of a team in a conference that plays no defense.
We want PROVEN WINNERS WHO PLAY IN REAL CONFERENCES AGAINST ACTUAL DEFENSES...
