Great place. We vacation there every summer with the kids and I'm very familiar with Somers Point!

There's some good eats and spirits right across the bridge.

Loved going to Ocean City, NJ with my parents and at other times with friends and their parents. I have especially fond memories of the boardwalk.

There are now two quality fraternity properties that might be of value to PSU insiders. Any TKE brothers on the BOT who might have influenced this decision as a first step toward eventually purchasing the property?

Why does everything have to be some grand conspiracy? Is it that hard to believe a bunch of frat boys have zero respect for property and take zero responsibility for their actions?
