What exactly does "obstructed seating" mean?

What level of obstruction are we talking about here?

I was wondering the same thing. Those seats are not obstructed during PSU meets, does Final X have big signs or other items they are hanging causing the obstruction?

Based on the seating map I would guess obstructed by the VIP seating on the floor so it should only be a problem for the bottom 3-6 rows or so. However, that is just a guess.

A movable jib will obstruct the view at times. It's not something that is stationary.
