When you hire then fire you
- hired the wrong guy
- did give him/her proper expectations
- Did train him/her up
- Didn't give them the proper tools to be successful

I'll take John Hevesy as OL coach in a NY minute! Better than what we have or had as I mentioned in the other thread about this. I think he and Dan are buddies, so he let him out early to get a jump on other jobs before they are all let go at FL.
I heard the reason they lost is because South Carolina scored 23 more points than Florida.
