Then what is indicative of a 15 pt beat down??
Cody just said in post match that Zain wasn't even 100 percent right, called it "70% or so", and he tech falls the 5th ranked guy, and was about 5 seconds from the pin.
Which really makes me wonder about that other match where he wasn't feeling 100%. Is he still recuperating from a bug?
Micah looked good for the first minute or so. My wife was watching with me and said, "he doesn't look like the most dominant wrestler", to which I replied "just wait". For the first time in 18 years of marriage, she admitted that I was right.
I enjoy going to HR to read their posts. Going to themat is way more than I can handle. To secure a tech fall one must score a lot of points without giving up very many. Zain scored 20 points and surrendered only 5. By definition it was the perfect example of a tech fall. Of course if someone does not know much about wrestling they might not understand the tech fall definition.
Honestly, who cares what The Mat has to say about anything? They haven't been relevant in years if ever, and on a good day they're dumb as a stump.

Zain had his right fist under his opponent and needed to remove it to flatten him appropriately. Zain accidentally left his "hammer" under his opponent. In essence, Zain was giving his opponent the rarely used, fist to the back. In this instance... it was impeding Zain from flattening his Buck Eye.

Many miss this highly relevant point, but not only did PSU win 7 of 10 matches, but PSU's cannons rung up 11 team bonus points while daO$U's vaunted #1s put up 3 team bonus points! PSU "out-bonused" daO$U almost 4-to-1 on top of winning 7 of 10 bouts.
I usually stay away from the Mat but curiosity got the better of me. I went last night after the match had ended and opened up the last 2 pages. It was mostly how Snyder dominated Nevills. Any harbor in a storm.
Changed devices and don't see the sig pics now.
Please remind - Where/how can you turn the sig pics on or off for the Rivals sites?

I don't know. Didn't Cael allude to Zain not being 100 percent when he wrestled Sorenson as well? According to the post match interview last night though, Zain said he was 100% and good to go. Not wanting to make excuses perhaps?

He had a "final 6 schools" list: PSU, Tanning Bed U, Maryland, Army, and I think the other 2 were Oklahoma and George Mason.
Some of those schools look surprising, but had had personal relationships: his older brother was at West Point. And, being from suburban DC, he had worked out a lot at Maryland, George Mason, and American (Mark Cody had since moved to OU).
Anyway, he committed on Jan 1 of his JR year. Stated at the time he went to OSU for the Ohio RTC HWT training partners. At the time they had Dlagnev, Rowlands, and a few other guys.
