It is absolutely astonishing, and telling, that everyone who bashed Fina on this thread has ALSO used his 60 Minutes quote about Joe as a defense of Joe.
It seems everything he says is a dirty lie except that one thing. How biased do you have to be, how pro-Joe, to take such an extremely distorted view?

Tom Corbett, Frank Fina and Frank Noonan seem to deserve each other.
Frank Fina's defense of Joe was self-serving. Likely the most truthful statement he made during the entire sordid manner.
Read the scathing opinion from the appellate court in the C/S/S criminal matter and you find that Mr. Fina's ethical conduct was severely called into question. In addition, in my opinion, he coerced Baldwin to perjure herself in front of the a Grand Jury.
Her testimony in front of that Grand Jury is 180 degrees from the statements she made to an FBI Investigator handling Dr Spanier's high level clearance in the spring of 2012.

Her opinion of PA voters who clearly saw through the ruse to make the Sandusky case about "football" and the refusal of the PAOAG to:
1. assign the appropriate personnel to the case (Child Predator Unit was assigned to hunting for opposing party corruption), and
2. take the evidence directly to where it led SECOND MILE
3. slow-walk the case (or should I say fast-track the case since this is what they neglected to do)
is appalling.
I'll bet with the benefit of hindsight, Kim wishes she never wrote this email almost exactly 4 years ago.

I know this is another cushy day-being kicked out of the agency you transformed from a pedestrian joke into the biggest joke (actual cartoons written) in the state. Empty days lie ahead. The taxpayers of PA have no idea how the lightweights they elected will get steam-rolled by your fellow porn-dogs, all because of a man you couldn't hold the jock of that won the most CFB games in D1 history. Your family loves your paycheck, and judging by the email and call (both of them), your colleagues know you are now poison. Turn in your badge and move on - you have plenty of tissues and porn on your home computer to keep you busy-your record is forever tarnished.

I wonder what would happen if Mrs. Fina's school pulled her computer and looked through the files. I mean a good catholic school needs to be sure what the teacher has on her computer.
