IOWA needs somewhere out of 125, 141, 149, 157 and/or 165. I do not believe we see any changes from 174 and up and that will not be good!!! Was hoping for ARNOLD at 184 does not appear likely. Was also hoping for BIG Ben at heavy but not sure what he would be able to do against jerk anyway?

I am having a hard time honestly trying to figure out if some of you EVER wrestled???
I was a state qualifier in the highest division (AAA) in the greatest high school wrestling state in the nation. I went 1-2, with a pin over the 5th ranked guy in "Off The Mat". I got a tough draw, losing to the eventual runner-up and 3rd place finisher (who was a runner-up the year before). I got some interest from some low level Division 1 wrestling programs (not offers), and I believe I could have been a solid D2 or D3 wrestler, but, I was honestly burned out and decided to play football in college instead. I did get talked into doing both football and wrestling my sophomore year of college (D3). I was not in wrestling shape and took 3rd in a humungous tournament, losing to the same kid twice. (I went 7-2 in the tournament). That kid was a national champion 2 years later. I'm positive I could have beaten him if I were in better shape. (football shape and wrestling shape are NOT the same). I was too into partying to wrestle in college.
Anyway, I hope all of this makes me qualified to share my opinions on this message board.

I played football at about 185 pounds my Senior year in high school.
I was a tight end and linebacker in high school. I got recruited by most schools as a tight end, but, chose to play linebacker.
I played OLB my Freshman and Sophomore years (185 fr, 210 so.), then, the coaches put me on a program to bulk up, to play MLB, so, I did and played at 225 my Jr. & Sr. years of college.
Hmmm, good jumps , but coaches obviously weren't very good!!! See If I have someone like you. I immediately look at them and put them at the famous GTE spot. I bet you would have been great at it!!!!
Honestly, I enjoyed my years at OLB more than MLB. Of course, I got more tackles at MLB, but, I loved rushing off the edge and covering RB's and TE's from the OLB position.
