Now let's try to be honest about the Democratic Party of the old South, the Dixiecrats of the 50s and 60s, and the wholesale changeover of that political block to Reagan Republicanism. The makeup of the Democratic Party has shifted just a bit, wouldn't you say? I mean find me a contemporary Democrat who favors Jim Crow, convict contract leasing, or voter suppression and I'll happily acknowledge the evidence. Maybe you should own up to Joe Biden's comments about jungle schools, crime bills, etc. The guy praised a kkk leader at his funeral. Governors with blackface? Surviving? So your classmates were dropping bombs in your classroom? How many did they get into the school and set off? It was cute that you thought you had an actual point there, but you failed. Kids are actually getting shot each year in the US, but you had to go there. Not one GD bomb ever went off and those drills went away. Kids today actually practice active shooter drills as much as they practice fire drills.
Yes because parents all know their kids are safe due to those drills. Another gem.

Talk to the school administrators. If the shooters get into the school in the first place then there is not much that can be done until a cop or adult neutralizes them. It's why you have started to see a lot of schools limiting access right from the get go now. "Hey we're doing something" doesn't automatically make it effective.
I remember fire drills for both school and the school bus and I remember the bomb drills where we got under the desk (not sure how that would help) but also going into the tunnel under the school that connected the elementary to the High School.
Are you denying Biden said those things? Are you denying the current Virginia governor wore blackface? I remember his wife hurriedly pulling him away from the microphones when he started to say the existing pictures weren't the only time he wore it. I didn't even mention how democratic politicians pulled police out of minority communities while they were being burned and looted, or a whole host of other current transgressions.
We didn’t have tunnels. Fire drills will always be there. The vast majority here didn’t have active shooter drills nor did they really fear that occurring. Kids today do know it’s real and why. Somehow pointing that out on this blue hair site ruffles feathers.
Unfortunately and sadly there's probably a greater chance of an active shooter than a fire at the school or having to evacuate the School bus.

Slavery and Jim Crow were American depravities, not limited to one party or another, but then you know that. Since the Civil Rights Act of 1965, and the sudden swing of the Deep South into the GOP, the Republican Party has owned and burnished the cause of racism and white supremacy in this country. Try denying that. I'm done here.
