Hey all, hope you all are doing well! Sorry for the delay in thoughts!

1) The MD game was such a great win, very proud of this team! As I said, this is a young team that will have bad losses and very good wins! We are getting there, but it is a process! Lamar Stevens and Tone Carr are the future of the program! Tone and Lamar played unreal against MD. That win helps us in recruting, believe it or not.

2) The amount of talk about Chambers job security really bothers me. I think he gets next year to show where the program is... Then I think he gets a real and fair evaluation! It will be a HUGE MISTAKE if he is not here next year, very huge!!

3) Love the time the Nas Bostick is starting to give us. He is an energy player, he will give us energy and toughness off the bench, which is what we need! We need more from our bench! Our depth needs to be more quality! Love the energy he gives.

4) I think the win gives us momentum coming down the stretch and into next year...

New Commitment:

This might sound harsh and I don't mean it to be, but the offer and Commitment of Buttrick really shocked me and I am still processing it. He is not really a stretch four, he is more of a center. He has a bit of an outside game, but defensivley I think he will struggle guardian hybrid four men! One way I do see how fitting is if you out him and Lamar on the court together, to at least stretch the floor!

Its puzzling because we now have Pierce, Watkins, and Buttrick, which is three bigs with one spot... Just puzzling, I would have rathered saved the scholarship, but that's Pat's decision.

That Commitment can take us potentially out of some big men recrutiments down the line...
