......that should give the team some juice for this weekend. That's striking distance with a month to play out.
Agree completely. PSU will also have the “best loss” which seems to be a thing.Absolutely...if we win out, I think we stand a good chance. Some others will lose.
That was last year. As soon as Clemson lost to Sorryexcuse, the narrative switched from "who have you lost to" to "who have you beaten."Agree completely. PSU will also have the “best loss” which seems to be a thing.
Exactly. I love how the “experts” say that the committee values Good wins more than bad losses...err except for Penn St last year. The criteria changes from team to team and year to year. That was last year. As soon as Clemson lost to Sorryexcuse, the narrative switched from "who have you lost to" to "who have you beaten."
The team is already juiced. It's the fan base that needs to be assuaged.
I think Notre Dame will win out, and if Georgia loses, it will be to Alabama and that will not drop their stock at all.If you look at who’s ahead of them, they are set up and perfectly even if OSU wins out because odds are that Georgia, ND, and Oklahoma do not

Exactly. If Georgia gets past Auburn they are in IMO (even with a SECCG loss to Bama). ND isn't losing. That leaves the fight for the final spot with OSU ahead of us as the (likely) big ten champ not to mention Oklahoma with their win over OSU.
There need to be several major upsets for PSU to have a chance to get in.
