Iowa medical forfeits

Agreed. Instead of injury defaulting after one second they could just have there guy flee the mat over and over until he is DQ’ed.
Or fall down on his back?

I think what Willie really wants is to be appointed seeding and qualification tzar. I’d actually probably be ok with that, lol…

For what it's worth. I ran into a huge wrestling fan who's sister attended Iowa in early 1980s and still lives out there.I believe his brother in law has connection to Iowa program. He said that Eierman definitely has torn ACL but is going to try to wrestle.
Just passing it on.

Don't think it's a huge secret anymore. Eierman has been liking tweets that said he has a torn ACL and he didn't shut Pat Mineo down when he had a chance (seeing how much he hates Mineo, I think he would if he could)

He also is 100% wrestling, he wrote "5 Matches Left" on Instagram. FWIW, I thought he looked good against D'Emilio.

Cant he get a Med Shirt??🤕🤡

That was a fairly decent response. However, in each of the 4 examples you offered there wasn't any cheating or bending of any rules.

You and I started our back and forth with your insistence that there was plenty of reason to believe Iowa's MFF run was more likely malfeasance than health related concerns. I simply pointed out that dismissing the health concerns probablility without any knowledge on the subject was silly. You took it from there.

That's why I used the word "motivation", I said nothing about cheating.

For a guy who thinks he's an expert on strawmen, you certainly use them a lot.

Maybe you need to brush up.

As I said, I am OK doing nothing. However, if it is a problem then the choice is do something or do nothing. Rivera gets bumped 3, 4 or 5 seeding spots because of the record change. So be it. He becomes 6th, 7th or 8th seed.. Number 1, 2 or 3 have a tougher QF match, but Rivera has an even more difficult QF.
I think it's simple no medical forfeits u less during a match and not just one second in. Wrestle until.you can't then you forfeit and it's counted as a loss

And the brother-in-law was wearing what kind of shirt?

Your reply to me in post #84

"It's silly not to be skeptical about motivations. People occasionally cheat and occasionally game the system. That's just life."

Maybe at the time you did not know the meaning of the typed word "cheat".

The general does not accrue to the particular.

How long have you been a Gamma?
