Parco with some head taps. More circling & tapping by both, 1-min left. Mcneil shoots, but Parco blocks him off. Mcneil shoots & gets to a leg. Parco sprawls back hard. Parco takes down. Mcneil is riding tough & they go out of bounds, restart. Parco gets to his feet, gets hand control & gets the escape, 7-1. Circling & tying up. Mcneil looks underhook, then shoots, but Parco circles away. Back to tying up in the center. Mcneil shoots again, Parco counters & comes behind. Parco takes Mcneil completely off the mat, but Mcneil appears to come out on top when they come down & Mcneil gets the TD, 7-4. Mcneil lets Parco up, 8-4. Mcneil is coming forward hard, he has Parco on the edge. He shoots, but misses. Mcneil comes forward forward again. Parco is on the edge & he gets hit for stalling, point Mcneil, 8-5. Mcneil comes hard off the whistle, but time expires.
