That could be because his current employer is participating at Midlands. I wouldn't hold my breath on him leaving his job. We know Cael talked to him before he accepted the job, and that didn't change his mind then.

Very sadly so. I am an individual and plan on remaining that for the rest of my life.
Equity plans scare me, they add disorder to the world where hard work matters.
I’m good with it when it comes to eggs and an omelette, human beings are a little more complicated.
Every person goes through their own “breakdown and rebuild” over and over in their life. Some are going to evolve into better and worse versions of the average. What never occurs to the “equity” pushers is that the people struggling and working the hardest are in many ways the people in the world who are best off. IMO Nothing better than having to pick up the pieces of your own life and make it a better one.
