It was a Bernie piece. It had an odd tone to it, mocking at times.

FWIW, the only briefly mentioned Penn State..."recruited by the likes of Stanford, Cal, and Harvard, but he chose Penn State because of a history of good athletics..." Think about the last statement.

F' you Bernie.
If anything, it was self-mocking. Just demonstrating how much smarter Urschel is than Bernie. All three stories on this episode were great. I highly recommend watching.

Looking at the second of ChiTownLion's videos, you'll see a lot of yellow in Urschel's bookcase. It looks just like mine!

Most prestigious colors for math books:
  1. Yellow (Springer-Verlag)
  2. Green (Birkhauser)
  3. Everything else.

My point was that Penn State, like Stanford is just as well known for student athletes AND academic achievement but Bernie, the Clown, conveniently left that out.
Sorry, but Stanford and Penn State are not in the same league academically. And yes, I am a Penn State grad.

Really? You were upset by that segment? I watched it and thought it was well done. I agree that Bernie seemed a little embarrassingly befuddled, but if you take offense as a Penn Stater, you are too thin skinned.
