It's a groundbreaking post actually. It's the only post I've ever seen where the perpetrator is not only hijacking the thread, but smiling at you while he's doing it, and bringing his wife along for the fun.

Why would a RU person have paperwork for Nick to come back to PSU? Unless NS actually signed some type of paperwork to go to RU, there is no reason (that I can think of) for RU to have paperwork. The paperwork would be between he and PSU for enrolling for fall classes, scholarship $$ etc...
Worthyone is not an RU person. He apparently works for Penn State in some capacity.
Here's something I hesitate to post on Scarlet Nation. Do you think "Rutgers insiders" were intentionally passing on/leaking inaccurate information regarding the Suriano situation and B1G rules in an attempt to manipulate "public opinion" and pressure the B1G on the waiver issue? Because there was an awful lot of misinformation bandied about.
A lot of stuff attributed to "Rutgers insiders" by Politi and Dunleavy (neither of them gets a pass from me for just passing the stuff along without researching and investigating it) was either inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Same thing with Garbarini and his posts about the waiver process - it was stuff fed to him by "Rutgers insiders". Same thing for a lot of PSUPower's input - unsubstantiated claims about the process.
It just doesn't pass the "smell test" to me. It seems like a lot of self-serving misinformation was passed on to conduits because the "Rutgers insiders" knew it would get divulged.

If this is a person in the know and a PSU employee, why would they be posting on the Rutger's board?

I hope that's not true. Can't imagine the university being too thrilled about an employee divulging knowledge of a student's paperwork of any sort.
If he's not an university employee, rather a family friend, that's a different matter.
He's a troll. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if he isn't a Rutgers fan either.
While I love the details, this should not be socialized in this fashion.
I can't imagine he would be dumb enough to reveal that info on a message board, particularly an RU message board. He'd post that here first if he worked for PSU.
