Major Flaw

Through 3 games, has our biggest wr, Justin Shorter, with great speed and long arms even got a look over 20 yards down the field??? Seems to me, heading into the big schedule and some serious issues on the OL, that our O would at least target him once in a while. CJF is sooo concerned about big plays and has completely eliminated Shorter from the offense. Doesn't make any sense to me.
